Terms of Sales

A deposit, representing 25% of the amount of the desired rental, must be paid. A receipt valid for a firm reservation is provided. On this receipt is indicated the balance of the rental to be paid, at the latest, one month before entering the premises.

Charges : a supplement of 150 € will be requested for contribution to electricity charges for any reservation of the Grange between October 15 and March 15.
